Each and every student is a world by himself or herself, and it is for the teacher to evaluate this precious jewel which to some people makes up their whole lives, they lighten their lives. Infact the students and especially elementary students are the lighthouse and the light of the class, without them nothing has meaning. But this copmlicates things a bit, for this compiles pressure on the teacher, for he or she must strive to be so close to the students and back them up as soon as they need it. So the teacher only hopes to be able to fullfill the needs of each one of them.

ReplyDeleteEach and every student is a special individual. You need to discover the personality of each one of them; just like you said, each is a whole different world. And yes, just like you said, it's really a hard job to match all of their varied needs. Yet, it's never impossible; it just needs a firm will, and a lot of enthusiasm!!!
Nice but the problem is how to discover each student within few minutes we spend with them. As you said, they are wonderful world that hold wonderful secrets that unfortunately no enough time to reveal.
ReplyDeleteA teacher's job is not only academic. he/she should show students love and respect in order to teach them these values. So the teacher's mission is really hard because she/he must be close of each student but that is really amazing. it is nice to feel that your students are so close as your children, brothers, or sisters.
